Our Traditional Martial Arts program focusses on discipline, self respect, integrity and accountability. Participants will dramatically improve their physical, social and emotional development.

They will learn not only self-defense techniques and Katas (forms), but they will also be exposed to traditional customs, courtesies and terminology.  Classes emphasize core values that are expected to transcend beyond the training area, to home, school and their everyday environments.

We do not simply instruct them; we mentor and empower them.  Building confidence and perseverance in a child requires everyone's dedication and commitment to their success.  Parental involvement will be an essential element in this program.

Each student will be issued a uniform, belt and a student handbook.  They will be awarded certificates of accomplishment for their hard work and dedication.  EVERYTHING WILL BE EARNED!

Students will also be provided with a nutritious meal after every training session.

 

This program has been designed to be accessible and affordable.  They will meet one day of the week at the Whiteville Recreation Center located at 155 Rec Center Dr. Children ages 9 - 14 are welcome to register. Tuition for this program is $35 per month.
